ownership-transfer steps
Describe each of the required steps to transfer the ownership of a node.
From RVC 3.13.0, the Cluster Wipe step removes UEFI virtual machines together with their NVRAM store, so the first Puppet run afterward provisions the KVM resources without conflicting with leftover virtual machine definitions.
