Features and Enhancements

Adaptiv My Connect has been rebranded as SC//Connect™ Mobile. The app you know and use every day remains the same — only the name and branding have changed. No action is required.
Various improvements and optimizations across the SC//Connect™ Mobile, delivering a smoother, more stable experience.

Open Issues

1401 – On macOS desktops running Docker, my Connect application does not work. It is advised that Use kernel networking for UDP be disabled in order to prevent this scenario.
1705 – A user may occasionally be directed to the My Connect self-service site after logging into the My Connect desktop application. To continue logging in in such a situation, the user must quit and restart the application.
1726 – On macOS, the application interface may occasionally display a blank window when you try to view it while the application is still running. The user must quit and relaunch the application to access the interface.

- 354 – Fixed an issue where the network interface increments were seen every time My connect made a new connection.
- 457 – A user can log in to the My Connect application client after their account is disabled from the Portal; giving the user a notion that they are connected to the Adaptiv gateway although they are not.
- 591 – My Connect is observed to restart while the system is asleep.
- 627 – (macOS) When trying to open the My Connect application from the menu bar, the application icon disappears upon clicking it.
- 657 – For some Windows desktops with Hyper-V enabled, the My Connect application might not launch.
- 1302 – Exiting My Connect on a Windows 10 desktop floods log files with duplicate logs.
- 1340 – Resolved My Connect login issue.
- 1372 – My Connect application stops responding upon restarting the system from sleep.
- 1380 – Resolved My Connect connectivity issue.
- 1417 – My Connect application failed to restart following a loss of network connectivity.

- This release announces support for macOS. The My Connect application can be downloaded and installed on desktops running on macOS.
- Introduced Internet Optimization on My Connect client. This feature enhances and protects the quality of traffic by routing it through the Adaptiv Gateway. When using multiple internet connections, it improves the network resiliency with seamless failover.
