Application Prioritization
The application prioritization feature determines the priority of the traffic that passes through the customer’s network. It distinguishes between critical and non-critical application traffic, routing it according to the priority assigned to it.
To help customers maximize the benefits of application prioritization, Adaptiv Networks provides several templates. These templates can be found under Application Prioritization in the left panel of a service order. Each template categorizes the applications and gives them a priority, with the highest being Priority 1 and the lowest being Priority 5. The default is Standard Business, which is used across all sites.
