SwiftIQ tab

The SwiftIQ tab displays the status of the SwiftIQ Connection Service application running on the SC//AcuVigil™ edge security device (ESD). The application securely transports transaction data from the site to SwiftIQ Analytics. Use this tab to check transaction activity, review errors, and configure the application.

The tab shows the application's transaction activity, error log, and settings for this site. For an overview of the application, see SwiftIQ.

Transactions sub-view

The default sub-view. Shows transaction activity to SwiftIQ Analytics.

Summary line

Transactions to SwiftIQ — N transactions in the last 24 hours

The count reflects transactions sent in the rolling 24-hour window.

Activity by hour table

The Activity by Hour table shows an hourly breakdown of transaction counts.

Column Description
Date The date.
Hour The hour of the day.
To SwiftIQ Analytics The number of transactions sent to SwiftIQ Analytics during that hour.

TLS relay timestamp

At the bottom of the sub-view:

TLS Relay started <time> on <date>

This shows when the TLS relay on the ESD last started. A recent time means the relay restarted, for example after a reboot. The relay must be running for transaction data to reach SwiftIQ.

Error log sub-view

Settings sub-view

Only users with the Admin role can change these settings. Scale Computing can also change them for you; contact Scale Computing Support.

What to look for

  1. Transactions count above 0 — confirms transaction data is reaching SwiftIQ Analytics.
  2. TLS Relay started timestamp — a very recent time means the relay restarted. If this happens often, check the Error Log.
