SwiftIQ

The SwiftIQ Connection Service application was developed jointly by SwiftIQ and Scale Computing to streamline the export of complete transaction data to SwiftIQ’s analytics platform directly from a merchant location, with no need to filter and delay the data through a back office system.

Where to find it

To see this application's reports and company-wide settings for all your sites, select SwiftIQ from the Apps menu. The page is titled SwiftIQ Connection Service.

Installation

Scale Computing installs this application for you as part of the managed service. Users with the Admin role can change its settings. The steps below show what happens at the site.

1. Connect the POS device to the client network on the edge security device (ESD).
2. Scale Computing installs the application at the site.

Getting the application

Scale Computing installs SwiftIQ on your sites as part of the managed service. Users with the Admin role can change its settings. To add it to a site, open a ticket in the SC//AcuVigil dashboard, email team@scalecomputing.com, or call (512) 687-7401.

System requirements

• Scale Computing ESD: MG3, SG1v1, or SG2v1

• Gilbarco Passport POS system with 3rd Party Data interface enabled
