The Skupos Connection Service Analytics application was developed jointly by Skupos and Scale Computing to streamline the export of complete transaction data to Skupos's analytics platform directly from a merchant location, with no need to filter and delay the data through a back office system.

Installation
Scale Computing installs this application for you as part of the managed service. Users with the Admin role can change its settings. The steps below show what happens at the site.
- Connect the POS device to the client network on the edge security device (ESD).
- Scale Computing installs the application at the site.
Getting the application
Scale Computing installs Skupos on your sites as part of the managed service. Users with the Admin role can change its settings. To add it to a site, open a ticket in the SC//AcuVigil dashboard, email team@scalecomputing.com, or call (512) 687-7401.
