Paytronix tab

The Paytronix tab displays the status of the Paytronix Loyalty application running on the SC//AcuVigil™ edge security device (ESD). The Paytronix Loyalty app connects IP-based POS systems to the Paytronix Loyalty gateway to transmit and approve loyalty transactions. Use this tab to monitor transaction activity.

The tab shows the application's hourly transaction activity for this site. For an overview of the application, see Paytronix.

Transactions To Paytronix Count of loyalty transactions relayed to Paytronix during that hour.

Service enabled timestamp

At the bottom of the Connections view:

Paytronix Loyalty Connection Service enabled <time> on <date>

Indicates when the Paytronix Loyalty TLS relay session was last established. This is the equivalent of the "TLS Relay started" line shown on other payment app tabs.

What to look for

  1. Transactions count > 0 — confirms loyalty transactions are being relayed.
  2. Service enabled timestamp — a very recent timestamp indicates the relay restarted. Normal after a reboot.
  3. Configuration changes or errors — because the Paytronix tab has no error log or settings view, contact Scale Computing Support to change the configuration or investigate errors. Open a ticket in the SC//AcuVigil dashboard, email team@scalecomputing.com, or call (512) 687-7401.
