Intevacon

The Intevacon Fleet Card Connection Service application provides fast, simple, PCI-compliant connections between your site's POS system and Intevacon for fleet card authorization.

Where to find it

To see this application's reports and company-wide settings for all your sites, select Intevacon from the Apps menu. The page is titled Intevacon Fleet Card Connection Service.

Features

Installation

Scale Computing installs and configures this application for you as part of the managed service. The steps below show what happens at the site.

1. Scale Computing installs the application at the site.
2. Configure the POS to send transactions to the edge security device (ESD).
3. If you use a Gilbarco Passport POS, install the EDH serial cable. Verifone Commander installations don't need special cabling.
4. Confirm correct operation.

Getting the application

Scale Computing installs Intevacon on your sites as part of the managed service. To change its settings, contact Scale Computing Support. To add it to a site, open a ticket in the SC//AcuVigil dashboard, email team@scalecomputing.com, or call (512) 687-7401.

System requirements

• Scale Computing ESD: MG3, SG1v1, or SG2v1

• A supported POS system

• Power to the ESD and to the related network with POS equipment, a POS connection, correct cabling, and an internet connection
