The Door Monitoring application provides two reports in the SC//AcuVigil™ dashboard: the Doors App Status Report and the Doors App Exception Report. SC//AcuVigil dashboard users and Scale Computing™ Support can use these reports to review door sensor data across sites.
Report data fields
When you select View, the report displays the most current application data from configured site tiles, including the following fields.

| Location Name | The site tile location name. | |
| Label | The user-assigned name of the door sensor (for example, Beer Cooler). | |
| Description | The user-assigned description of the door sensor (for example, Back Wall). | |
| State | The door sensor's state. | open or closed. UNKNOWN until the sensor first reports. |
| Since | The date and time the sensor entered its last known state. | The date and time can be days or weeks before today's date. |
| Last Reported | The most recent date and time the sensor reported its state. | The date and time are usually close to today's date. |
| Status | The door sensor's indicated status. | OK: the door is closed, or has been open for less than its warning threshold. WARNING: the door has been open longer than its warning threshold. CRITICAL: the sensor hasn't reported recent data. |
| Error Message | Indicates configuration issues. | Blank when there's no configuration issue. No doors configured (WARNING) when the Doors app is installed but no doors are configured. |
