SC//AcuVigil™ applications are modular services that run on a Scale Computing™ edge security device (ESD) or an SC//Reliant Platform edge device and surface their status, configuration, and reporting through the SC//AcuVigil dashboard. Each application addresses a specific operational, security, or compliance need: network reliability and traffic visibility, fuel inventory, physical access monitoring, payment processing, and PCI vulnerability scanning.
Applications are grouped by category, using the same categories as the App Catalog in the SC//AcuVigil dashboard (Apps > Browse Catalog). Each category page has a table that summarizes its applications and the ESD models they support.
Many applications also provide reports that you can view, download, or have emailed on a schedule. For details, see Running and scheduling application reports.

Scale Computing installs applications on your sites as part of the managed service. To add an application to a site, contact Scale Computing Support. Installed applications appear as tabs on the site's Site Status page.
