Enhancements
- A time server problem must now last longer before SC//HyperCore raises a condition and alert. This reduces false alarms.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where usernames could not include hyphens or capital letters.
- Fixed an issue where a VM could fail to start because the host CPU did not report a CPU feature correctly.
- Fixed an issue where a VM power action could act on an out-of-date VM state.
