SC//HyperCore 9.6.11 changes how the ClusterSpec API identifies requests, and adds a condition for the default alert email address. It also fixes remote cluster connection errors.

Enhancements
- The ClusterSpec API now returns a UUID to use in later API calls. For POST and PATCH operations, the UUID is now required in the URL and ignored in the body.
- A new condition shows when the default cluster alert email address must be changed.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where remote cluster connection errors didn’t appear during connection attempts.
